A point-to-point race that starts in Taunton and ends in Minehead. The first 15 miles are flat, but then things do start to undulate (there’s 2,128 feet of elevation). You’ll be rewarded with some spectacular scenery, but you’ll pay for it with 7,337 feet of elevation, more than three times more than the flat version of the race. 4 events,This 10k race will see you run through the village of Semington, along the Kennet & Avon Canal towpath and through lanes and bridle paths. There’s also a 2k fun run. Details are a little hard to find, but I think this is a 10k race around the Lyneham military base, with a variety of military vehicles dotted along the course. 1.5k, 5k and 10k options, raced around the grounds of the Badminton Estate.
