A challenging trail race in the beautiful Forest of Dean. Entry includes a free drink (beer, cider or soft drink) at the Fountain Inn.

The half - The course is undulating and challenging with scenic views arising frequently and a fast finish. The 5 miler - The first part is undulating with plenty of downhills, but overall an uphill eleveation. The second part reverses this and runners finish with a fast last mile.
