Instead of the usual relay race from Bradford-on-Avon to Trowbridge, this year it’s 7k loops from Trowbridge RFC. You must compete in teams to complete four loops.

It’s a 7.30pm start so everyone can arrive in time after work. The course is pretty flat, there’s a bit of a party atmosphere and decent town centre finish.

This race is run largely on country roads around Nailsea, starting and ending at the Rugby Club. Everyone running gets a beer or soft drink and a hotdog.
